ART TOS:I. GENERAL TERMS. Write in a respectful manner please, I do not want to listen to someone cursing up a storm. While cursing is fine, please do not direct it at me or anyone in general. When you request a commission remember to provide a clear reference of your character, I will not be drawing based on description unless it is for a reference. You should make sure you know the price you are paying before I get started. If there is a misunderstanding I can't provide discounts.II. PAYMENT. I only take Paypal USD and Deviantart points($1 = 100 pts), Though I'm considering starting commissions for Discord Nitro. Payment must be paid before I begin unless the price is over $30. If payment is over $30 then payment may be sent half upfront and half after I send wips. You won't get the finished piece until I am given the full amount of pay.III. PROCESS. Wips/Updates will always be given when asked. I may send wips if I need clarity on a design or piece of art. The time it takes to finish your commission may vary from a week to a month due to the order/complexity of the commission, work, or health. If I feel it may take longer I will tell you and do my best to refund you if you request it. Sketches can be completely redrawn for free per your request, but I can only ensure up to 5 redrawn sketches before you must pick one. This is to prevent you from using me for multiple free finished sketches of your character. I have sketch commissions for this.IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. I will try my best to make every customer I have happy but I can't guarantee that everyone will appreciate what I do. I can make changes to work after I send it, but major changes require an extra cost such as something that makes me redraw the picture. Color changes are free.V. PERSONAL SAFETY. I reserve the right to cancel or decline a commission whenever I deem it necessary. I may explain why I will cancel or decline if I feel comfortable, but if I do not feel comfortable then I may not explain myself. I will send refunds for canceled commissions if payment has been sent before the cancellation.------ADOPTS/CUSTOMS TOS:If you own one of my designs please make sure to read this.By purchasing or owning a design from me you agree to all of the following rules:
- You will not remove credit from my account under any circumstance. This is common decency, I don't care if you don't respect me, my designs are to be credited correctly.
- You will not edit my images without permission. (You can crop/color shift my refs though, if you need, just don't draw or erase parts without letting me know, often times I'll happily edit it for you.)
- You will not resell my designs for a greater price than what you bought unless they are given extra content (art, story, writing, etc). As of 2023, I will ALWAYS include a note in their trades as to how much you received them from me.You are allowed to:
- Redesign the design, but not to the point that it is unrecognizable. (this is quite subjective, but for example, if you redesign a blue character to be orange, and then redesign them again and change their species, and then change their clothes entirely...is that even the same character anymore? the personality might be the same but at that point, I think it's best to just make your own character to have that personality/story you know? if you're unsure, you can ask me.)
- Create real objects based on the design. (Plushies, sculptures, fursuits, cosplays, etc.)
- Resell/transfer ownership as long as you follow the trade permissions listed below.You are NOT allowed to:
- Delete and/or re-upload the character. If you wish to/need to delete or reupload for any reason please talk to me about it, I'm completely friendly about this.
- Use any art of mine on things such as shirts, mugs, posters, etc.
- Use my designs to promote hatred or aggression towards real-life groups or individuals.EXTRA:
- If you wish to use my designs in something commercial like a project you plan to make money on, whether it is a comic, book, animated show, or something else, please contact me about possible commercial rights. In this case, I also expect to be clearly credited for my design.
(* Note about above, I have not had someone request commercial rights yet, but the plan is for them to be a one-time payment. The price of commercial rights is yet to be decided, I'll come up with a decision on the price once someone asks for one.)DETAILED TRADE PERMISSIONS:
Received: Free (Gift, freebie, design threads, etc)
- You may only give the character away for free.
- You may trade/resell the character for money, art, or characters only if extra art was added. (Personal or commissions are ok)Received: Art/Character/Custom Trade
- You may trade the character for art/character/customs
- You may resell the character for money only if extra art was added. (Personal or commissions are ok)Received: Sale (Money or DA points)
- You may resell or trade this character however you please but it cannot be resold for higher than you bought it unless extra art is added. (Personal or commissions are ok)I will not take the design from you if you break my rules, but I will add you to a blacklist and you will not be able to purchase from me again.

Basic Ref

PRICE: $25-$60+

The basic ref has a few different layouts to pick from:
Layout #1. [$25 + $10 per headshot] 1 Fullbody + up to 3 Headshots (optional)
Layout #2. [$30] 1 Fullbody + Character notes (Optional)
Layout #3. [$50] 1 Fullbody + 1 Halfbody + 1 Headshot.
Layout #4. [$60] 2 Fullbodies + Up to 3 extra small parts.*You may request your own set of choices instead of one from above, if you wish, and I will tell you what your price is.*Small Parts refer to refs/closeups of Eyes, Mouth, Paws/Hands, Tails, and any small part of the character.

Side by Side Ref

PRICE: $30-35+

This reference format consists of 1 unique fullbody that is copied and flipped to show the other side of the character.
It is the simplest type of reference and thus is one of the cheapest/easiest to make.

Front + Back Examples

PRICE: $40-$45+

Like Side by Side, this reference format consists of 1 unique fullbody that is copied and flipped, but instead of showing the other side of the character it will show the back.
If your character is complex enough this reference type might require a fully redrawn fullbody for the back view. You may also just request this in general. A uniquely redrawn/posed back view will make the full reference around $60

Extras / Add-ons:

If your character design has higher or lower complexity than average then the price will be raised or lowered accordingly, just ask for a quote!*Small Parts refer to refs/closeups of Eyes, Mouth, Paws/Hands, Tails, and any small part of the character.
Mostly free, but if you request extreme amounts of detail then I will charge extra.The following Add-ons are completely free
- Color Palettes
- Gradient/Flat/transparent backgrounds
- Particles on or around character or on background (Sparkles, stars, hearts, etc)
- Glowing effects on characters
- Design notes such as "Is blind", "Always have x detail", "Design is fully symmetrical", and similar things.
- Written details such as name, identity, notes on personality/story, and other (You must provide the notes and descriptions yourself, If you want me to write custom text then I may charge for it)

- I prefer to only use my normal style for refsheets, if you'd like me to use my Chibi style then the prices will change. Feel free to ask about this.What are Simple Shaped, Normal, and Complex characters?
Simple shaped: Characters who are made of simple shapes or have little to no defining details about them. (Stick figures, Object characters, etc.)
Normal: Your average character! Characters who do not have extremely complex details/large amounts of accessories or body parts. (Most characters fall into this)
Complex: Characters with large amounts of or highly detailed markings, accessories, and body parts. (Has high amounts of wings/tails/heads, Multiple layers of clothing, Detailed inscriptions/tattoos all over the body, etc)
